At WB Ranch we release thousands of quail pheasant and chukar every year. Our flight pens and the large number of birds that we release throughout the season result in birds that flush and fly like wild birds.
We hire only the best hunting guides that are known for their expert skills and friendly attitude. Our highly trained dogs are a pleasure to watch as they hunt, point, honor and retrieve. The customized hunt trucks make your time in the field even more enjoyable.
All upland bird hunts are guided and include safety orientation, a warm up at the sporting clays course, dogs, hunting truck, drinks and bird processing / vacuum packing. The upland hunting season is October 1 through mid-April. A hunting license is required and can be purchased at the ranch.
Executive Hunt: $2900 per person. Six hunter minimum.
This is our most popular package and includes 2 nights lodging, gourmet meals, keg beer and Texas wine, a European style driven Pheasant drive, two quail hunts and a mixed bag hunt (pheasant, quail, and chukar).
Half Day Upland Hunt am or pm, Quail Hunt or Mixed Bag: $475 per hunter. 2 Hunter Minimum
Overnight Stay, Meals and Additional Hunts can be added.
Wearing Hunter Orange is required for all Upland Hunts. Orange Caps can be purchased in gift shop.
